Jragco stands behind the quality and workmanship of its products.

Our products are covered by the following limited warranties from the original date of purchase:

• Non-electronic products: Six-month limited warranty
• Electronic products: One-year limited warranty

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or failure to follow the product instructions.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Success Team at support@jragco.com and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or a video clearly showing the defect

Providing clear photos or video evidence may help us process your request more quickly.

Once our Quality Assurance Team confirms that the issue is covered by the warranty, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, or a replacement of the same product, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

If a return is required for further inspection, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Replacement products do not restart or extend the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery instead of requesting a refund.

Exchanges are available when:

• The replacement item is the same price as or lower in price than the original item
• The original product is returned in good condition
• The product includes its original packaging and accessories
• The requested replacement item is in stock

Once your exchange request is approved and a return label is issued, the original item must be shipped back within 7 days.

Please note:

• Only one exchange is permitted per order
• Once an exchange has been processed, the original order is no longer eligible for a refund
• Any price difference for a lower-priced replacement item may be issued as store credit
• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is required because the wrong or defective item was received
