Processing

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays.

Standard Shipping

USA
For orders within the continental United States, a standard shipping fee of $7 applies to orders under $89. Orders of $89 or more qualify for free shipping.Continental U.S.: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.

International Shipping
Standard international shipping rates start at $10, with costs potentially increasing based on order weight. Please note that for standard shipping, the final delivery will be handled by your local postal service. Once the order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days.

Taxes & VAT

Domestic shipments within the USA may be subject to state sales tax, depending on local state laws.

For international orders, jragco will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws. In most cases, customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. However, we still encourage checking the customs laws of your local region before making a purchase.
