It weighs approximately 645 g when empty and approximately 765 g when filled with fragrance oil. Weight may vary by ±5 g.
How much space does it cover?
The diffuser is designed to cover indoor areas of up to 1,000+ sq. ft. Actual coverage may vary depending on room layout, airflow, ceiling height, fragrance type, and scent intensity.
How much fragrance oil comes with the starter kit?
The starter kit includes five 20 mL hotel-inspired fragrance oils and one 120 mL empty fragrance bottle installed in the diffuser.
How loud is it?
It operates at under 38 dB, making it quiet enough for bedrooms, home offices, reading areas, and other calm spaces.
Can the base light be turned completely off?
Yes. The warm ambient light can be adjusted using the included remote control. It offers three brightness levels and can also be turned off completely, allowing you to enjoy the fragrance without any light.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. This is a corded electric diffuser with no built-in battery, so it must remain connected to a power outlet while in use. It is powered using the included USB Type-C cable and power adapter.
Can I customize the misting and pause cycle?
The diffuser includes six preset misting levels. The misting and pause times cannot be programmed separately. After turning on the diffuser, press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the following settings:
- 1st press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 60 seconds
- 2nd press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 120 seconds — default setting
- 3rd press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 180 seconds
- 4th press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 240 seconds
- 5th press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 300 seconds
- 6th press: Mists for 30 seconds, then pauses for 360 seconds
How do I set the automatic shut-off timer?
To set the automatic shut-off timer using the diffuser’s power button, double-press the button repeatedly:
- 1st double-press: 1-hour timer
- 2nd double-press: 2-hour timer
- 3rd double-press: 4-hour timer
- 4th double-press: 8-hour timer
- 5th double-press: Cancels the timer
When using the included remote control, the available timer settings are 1, 4, or 8 hours.
How long does one bottle of fragrance oil last?
Based on a 20 ml bottle and 6–8 hours of daily use, the fragrance oil may last approximately 10–20 days on a high setting, 20–45 days on a medium setting, or 45–60 days on a low setting. Actual usage time may vary depending on the scent level, timer settings, room airflow, oil viscosity, and daily usage.
